Appointments

We now offer a telephone consultation first. The GP's have requested that the reception team ask some questions so they can direct your call appropriately, please answer these questions. The receptionists are bound by confidentiality. If you need seen you will be allocated an appointment on the same day.  

For appointments please phone between 9:00am - 11:00am on the day you wish to be seen. Only EMERGENCY appointment requests will be taken after this time.

An emergency is the on-set, or exacerbation, of symptoms in the last 24 hours necessitating immediate medical treatment. Please advise receptionists accordingly. Emergencies include, but are not limited to, the following: acute asthma attack; acute mental health problem; serious injury; serious infection; emergency contraception.

Please note that on days when appointments are in high demand or when we have limited GP's, the decision may be taken to deal with emergency appointments only.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Failure to attend appointments may result in removal from our practice list.
